Make the Holidays Bright!
Bring joy and hope to families facing childhood cancer this holiday season.
For families battling the financial burdens and emotional stress of a childhood cancer diagnosis, the holidays can be especially difficult. Meaningful support from our community of Champions helps lift up our Heroes and their loved ones, bringing comfort, connection, and joy when it’s needed most.
Explore ways to help this season:
Make the season brighter for an NC4K family! When you adopt a family, you’ll help provide meaningful gifts that bring comfort and joy. Each child receives their own gifts and the family receives something they can enjoy together. All gifts must be received by NC4K by December 10th. Click below for details and to sign-up.
Rally your coworkers, friends, or community group to spread holiday cheer! By collecting gifts for NC4K’s Santa Shop, you’ll help create a magical experience at our holiday party, where parents can personally choose special presents for their children. Click the link below to get inspired and email Dana@nc4k.org to start a drive of your own!
Get ready to walk, run, or jog a 5K in Downtown Columbus along the Scioto Mile. Looking for a family-friendly option? Sign up for our one-mile Santa Stroll or Chick-fil-A Kids’ Fun Run! After the race, participants are encouraged to stick around for the Rooftop Reindeer Party at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum.
We have several volunteer opportunities during the holidays! Help organize gift drop-offs at our office, assist with packet pick-up for Reindeer Run 5K, help out at our family holiday party, or be a part of our event support team at the Reindeer Run! Your gift, big or small, brings comfort and cheer to NC4K families. From covering a family’s heating bill to keep them warm this winter or stocking our Elf Shop for kids to find gifts for their parents at our Holiday Party, every contribution helps bring comfort, joy, and a sense of normalcy during a challenging time.
